Where Clients wish to procure work on a Design and Build basis, we are able to fulfil the role of Employer's Agent and provide the relevant Contract Administration duties required under the relevant Form of Contract. We have extensive experience in acting as Employer’s Agent on new build and refurbishment projects in various building sectors. Astute Contract Administration is essential in delivering a successful building project. It is important that both parties to a building contract are aware of the obligations and reminded of them when required. With our extensive knowledge of various forms of contract we are able to provide independent Contract Administration on behalf of our Clients and offer concise advice regarding execution of contractual obligations.
Acting as Project Manager, we work with the Client and Design Team in order to ensure deliverables are met during each phase of the design and construction process.
Early appointment will allow us to advice on Design Team selection and the management of the appointment process. Our mission is to ensure a cohesive Team is created best suited to deliver the development objectives of our Client.
As Project Manager we are readily available to provide strategic advice as and when required. We are able to assist our Client and the Design Team in preparing and managing a Project Programme and Construction Programme which allows our Clients to plan their operations in good time prior to works commencing on site. In most cases, this enables our Client’s to plan at least 12 months in advance.

Contractual disputes are becoming increasingly common as contracts become more complex, and finance more restricted. As independent experts in the construction sector, we are ideally placed to help clients faced with disputes.
We can offer impartial advice on financial, contractual and construction complexities of the building industry, as well as likely areas of conflict in relation to a specific project. Our experience and tactful approach often enables us to broker a settlement between both parties without recourse to adjudication or legal action.
For more serious disputes that may require referral, our experienced and qualified independent Adjudicator can provide technical expertise to support legal action by providing clear and impartial advice, expert reports, or acting as expert witness. In addition, we are able to provide invaluable support to our Client’s in disputes by preparing Referral Notice and Referral Response/Defence documentation.

Delivering safety is key to the success of any construction project and continuity of the building. It is therefore essential to consider end user risks and ensure safety is properly considered during all stages of the design and construction process. We have experienced CDM Coordinators to assist our Clients to ensure their obligations are being met and to ensure the relevant considerations are being made throughout the process.
Each stakeholder in a construction project has a vested interest in the success of a project. However, each project comprises its own complexities which can apply pressure on time and communication between stakeholders leading to a project riddled with defects, deficiencies and non-compliance to specifications that will impact on the long term success of the design and the functionality of the building.
Our objective is to provide a service to frequently monitor the progression of construction on site and ensure the building is constructed in accordance with the design proposals and required specifications from the outset to avoid delays and wastage.
